Pinewood Estate Homes is a cluster of villas and townhouses by Wasl, built as part of the latest expansion of Jumeirah Golf Estates in south-west Dubai. Homes rise over a ground and first floor, and some types add a roof level on top.
The look is quiet and contemporary: deep overhanging roofs, stone cladding, fluted WPC panelling and aluminium-framed double-glazed windows behind planted front gardens. Units on sale today are 3-bedroom villas of 3,438 sq ft and 4-bedroom townhouses from 4,233 to 4,659 sq ft. Every plan includes a maid's room, storage, a two-car garage and balconies off the upper bedrooms. The 4-bedroom layouts split cooking between a show kitchen and a back kitchen, and the largest corner plan adds a lift plus a private pool and BBQ pit.
Homes come semi-furnished, with fitted kitchens and a smart home system. Expect porcelain tiles, white painted ceilings and moisture-resistant gypsum in bathrooms.
Parks, Pools and Trails in Jumeirah Golf Estates
The project plan centres on a park with a swimming pool, children's play zones, a community centre and barbecue spots. Jogging and cycling tracks run through the project, and Jumeirah Golf Estates adds a wider web of linked, car-free trails for morning runs, bike rides and walks with children.
At community level, residents also have the Earth and Fire championship golf courses, a new 18-hole course, a tennis stadium, horse-riding trails, an international school and a health facility, which keeps most family routines local.
Location and Connectivity in Jumeirah Golf Estates
Jumeirah Golf Estates lies within Me'aisem First, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road is reachable directly from the community. From Pinewood, Ibn Battuta Mall is roughly 17 minutes by car, Dubai Marina Walk about 21 minutes and Expo City Dubai around 23. JBR Beach is close to 24 minutes and Mall of the Emirates about 26.
Four road entrances serve the community, which also has its own JGE Metro Station. A main Etihad Rail hub is planned in the community's transit-oriented district beside that station, adding a national rail link.
