About City Walk
City Walk is a mixed-use urban precinct in Dubai's Al Wasl community, close to Al Safa Road, Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. Developed by Meraas and opened to the public in February 2016, it covers more than 900,000 square metres and was developed in two phases that combine homes with shops, restaurants and leisure. The neighbourhood mixes outdoor streets with lawns and picnic pavilions, so it feels more like a walkable town centre than a typical tower district. It also hosts major attractions such as Coca-Cola Arena and The Green Planet bio-dome, along with the Canadian University Dubai campus. City Walk's position close to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Wasl Road keeps the city's main routes within easy reach.
