A Copper-Detailed Tower in Dubai Science Park
Empire Livings is a residential high-rise by Empire Developments on a corner plot open on three sides in Dubai Science Park. Curved copper bands run across its glass facade, and a row of arches frames the retail units at street level. Two basement levels and three podium levels handle parking, one floor is given over entirely to shared facilities, and the apartments fill the floors above.
The building is aimed at buyers who want a compact first home in a growing business district, and at investors looking for studios and 1 bedroom units with a modest entry price.

More than 30,000 sq ft on a single floor is set aside for residents. Around the swimming pool you will find a gym, a yoga room, a sauna and steam room, an outdoor cinema, a games room, a kids' play area, a padel court and a co-working space with fast internet.
The roof adds a second layer of outdoor space: a walking track, a half basketball court, a barbecue area, a zen garden and a small water feature, set among solar panels that help power the building. Parking is spread over the two basements and three podium levels, with reserved bays for residents.
Dubai Science Park Location and Drive Times
Dubai Science Park is a dedicated district for science and research businesses, with startups and established firms working side by side and healthcare facilities close at hand. The tower sits beside Umm Suqeim Road, and the developer points to a planned metro station a short walk from the site.
By car, Dubai Butterfly Garden and Dubai Miracle Garden are each about 6 minutes away, Dubai Hills Mall roughly 7 minutes and Mall of the Emirates around 11 minutes. The Burj Al Arab on the coast is about a 14 minute drive.
