Hermina is a 131-home residential building by Casagrand on Dubai Islands, the man-made coastal island district. Its contemporary design is credited to HAO Architects. The building rises from a basement and ground floor to 13 upper levels, and its curved, overlapping balconies give the facade a rippling outline that echoes the water around it.
The name nods to Hermes, the messenger of myth, and the brief is about balance between sea and city. The building suits buyers who want a ready-furnished waterfront home, and investors looking at short-stay and long-term rental demand on the islands.
Furnished 1 to 4 Bedroom Homes and Penthouses
Four unit types are on sale. The 1 bedroom apartments measure 827 to 900 sq ft and the 2 bedrooms 1,188 to 1,782 sq ft. The 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses span 1,696 to 2,721 sq ft, and the two 4 bedroom penthouses, each with a jacuzzi on the balcony, run from 2,339 to 2,515 sq ft.
Every unit is handed over fully furnished with branded pieces, a fully equipped kitchen and walk-in closets. Smart controls for lighting, temperature and security work by touch or voice, and the build specifies insulated glazing, energy-efficient lighting and non-toxic paint.
Rooftop Infinity Pool and Wellness at Hermina
The roof is the social centre, with an infinity pool and cabanas, an observation deck and a sky cinema under the open sky. A second leisure pool and a children's play area sit on the landscaped podium.

Hermina sits on the Dubai Islands waterfront near the Infinity Bridge, which links the islands to the mainland. Marinas and a waterfront market are within walking distance, and Gold Souq Metro Station in Deira is a short drive away.
By car, Al Mamzar Beach Park, Deira City Centre and Dubai International Airport are each around 17 minutes away. La Mer Beach takes about 18 minutes and Dubai World Trade Centre roughly 19 minutes.
