Al Ghaf 2 is a residential tower by Jersey Real Estate Development in Al Furjan, a family-focused district on the southern side of Dubai. Above a basement, ground floor and two podium levels rise 12 residential floors, topped by a rooftop amenity deck.
The design takes its cue from the Ghaf tree, with soft curved edges, white facades and planted terraces. It is pitched at families and end users who want a quieter neighbourhood with good roads to the Marina and the south of Dubai.
1.5 and 2.5 Bedroom Smart Homes in Al Furjan
The 1.5 bedroom apartments run from 859 to 1,139 sq ft and start from AED 1,245,200; every plan adds a separate store room to the bedroom, and most also include a dressing area and a balcony along the living space. The 2.5 bedroom homes measure 1,380 to 1,580 sq ft, with prices from AED 1,932,500.
Interiors use clean lines, warm stone and timber tones and plenty of daylight. Kitchens come fully equipped, bathrooms carry premium finishes, and home automation lets owners manage lighting, climate, blinds and security, including by voice.

The roof holds the main leisure space: a glass-edged swimming pool with a timber deck, a children's pool and play area, a BBQ seating corner and a gym with separate male and female showers and lockers. An outdoor garden terrace adds shaded lounge seating among planting.
Downstairs, residents arrive through a fully air-conditioned lobby with a concierge desk and high-speed lifts. Ground-floor shops, parking and a complimentary shuttle bus serving metro stations and malls cover daily errands, and selected first-floor homes have a private plunge pool.
Al Furjan Location Near Ibn Battuta Mall and JAFZA
The area links to Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and a Route 2020 metro station serves the district. Schools, clinics and parks are spread through the neighbourhood.
By car, Ibn Battuta Mall is about 8 minutes away and Jebel Ali Free Zone around 12 minutes. Dubai Marina Walk and The Walk at JBR take roughly 13 minutes, and Expo City Dubai is about 16 minutes in free-flowing traffic.
