Franck Muller Yachting is a London Gate residential tower in Dubai Maritime City, named after and styled on the Swiss watchmaker's Yachting collection. It rises 30 floors above a ground level and four podium parking levels, and the top is wrapped in an open timber-toned frame that holds a roof garden.
Compass-inspired details and deep marine colours carry the watch theme into the building. It suits buyers who want a furnished, ready-to-let home by the sea, and investors looking at branded stock close to the older parts of the city.
