The Heights Country Club, launched by Emaar Properties in May 2024 under the full name The Heights Country Club & Wellness, is a master community planned around health and outdoor living. Emaar describes a site of about 81 million square feet, with townhouses and semi-attached villas arranged around a central wellness centre. Greenways, parks, ponds and event plazas link the neighbourhoods, and Emaar says around 1.3 million square metres of the land is open space. Cycling and jogging tracks run through the plan, and the community programme includes schools, hospitals, mosques and a retail area for shopping and dining. The collections Profound lists, Serro, Salva and Serro 2, are still off-plan, with handovers scheduled for 2030, so this is a long-horizon purchase. The Heights Country Club suits families planning a move to a larger home in a few years and buyers who want a new Emaar villa address.

The Heights Country Club lies in the south of Dubai, east of Expo City Dubai. Measured in a straight line from the villa collections Profound lists, Expo City Dubai is about 10 km away, Al Maktoum International Airport about 12 km and DAMAC Lagoons about 6 km. Emaar estimates the drive to Al Maktoum International Airport at around 10 minutes, and notes that the airport is being expanded into a much larger international gateway.
