Luzora Residences, Smart Apartments on Dubai Islands
Luzora Residences is the first Dubai project from DIA Development, a developer with 25 completed projects covering more than 783,000 square metres. The building sits on Dubai Islands, with residential floors above a ground level and two podium decks, and a façade of slim horizontal bands and timber-toned screens designed to pull in daylight.
With 108 homes in total, it is a mid-sized building aimed at buyers who want a waterfront island address, and at overseas investors who value the developer's own rental and tenant management service.
1, 2 and 4 Bedroom Apartments on Dubai Islands
Three unit types are on sale. One-bedroom apartments start at 556 sq ft and AED 1,775,000, two-bedroom apartments start at 1,303 sq ft and AED 2,849,651, and a four-bedroom residence of 2,874 sq ft is offered at AED 8,000,000.
Homes are handed over semi-furnished with Bosch kitchens that include a built-in fridge, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, Grohe sanitary fittings and Blum soft-close joinery. Every apartment has a smart system covering lighting, climate, curtains and door locks, controllable remotely.
Podium Pool, Spa and Gym at Luzora Residences
The podium deck holds a palm-lined swimming pool with loungers and a shaded pool lounge. A gym with cardio machines and free weights looks out over greenery, and a spa covers recovery days.
Day-to-day conveniences are a big part of the offer. Residents have golf carts for short trips around the island, EV chargers, free Wi-Fi and a luggage room, and optional furniture packages are available. The developer also handles rentals, tenant screening and access for owners living abroad.
Dubai Islands Location Near Deira and the Airport
On the island itself, the beach, a sports club, Dubai Islands Mall and waterfront resorts are a short golf-cart ride away, and road bridges link the islands to Deira.
By car, the abra water taxi stations are about 12 minutes away, and Deira City Centre and Al Mamzar Beach Park are each around 15 minutes. Dubai International Airport (DXB) and the Dubai Frame are both roughly 16 minutes by road, which suits owners who fly often or let to business travellers.
