Parkway is a single residential tower by Prestige One Developments in the Meydan Horizon district of Bukadra, part of the wider Mohammed Bin Rashid City plan. Above a ground-floor lobby and podium levels, 32 residential floors rise to a rooftop, wrapped in slim white fins and curved balcony edges.
Prestige One pitches the building as resort-style living in the heart of Dubai. It suits professionals, couples and smaller families who want a central address with plenty of shared facilities.

Bukadra Location Near Meydan and Ras Al Khor
Meydan Horizon sits beside the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with Al Khail Road close by. That gives residents direct road links towards Downtown Dubai and the creek-side districts.
Meydan Racecourse is about 10 minutes by car and Dubai Design District roughly 12 minutes. Dubai Festival City Mall takes around 14 minutes, Burj Khalifa about 17 minutes, and Dubai International Airport is roughly 19 minutes away.
