Vista Ridge is an Emaar project on the championship golf course at the centre of Emaar South. It brings together two mid-rise apartment towers, the taller rising 11 floors above ground and podium levels, and a cluster of low-rise townhouses.
The architecture keeps to clean horizontal lines and deep balconies, with the buildings oriented toward the fairways and open green space. It is aimed at families and golfers who want a quieter setting in the south of the city, and at investors who see long-term value in the area around Al Maktoum International Airport.
