Al Ghadeer is a neighborhood located on the border of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This area is a project of Aldar Properties. The neighborhood consists of low-rise buildings surrounded by landscaped gardens and four parks, where residents enjoy a tranquil atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. Al Ghadeer has a supermarket, shops, restaurants, playgrounds, sports complexes, tennis courts, a museum, a car wash and much more. Al Ghadeer offers both apartment complexes, as well as modern villas and townhouses. There are more than 14,000 residential properties – around 12,000 apartments, 2,000 townhouses and about 500 villas.
