A Library-Led Apartment Tower in Dubailand
Imtiaz, a developer founded in 1993, has built The Archive around one idea: reading. Residents enter through a two-storey library holding 10,000 real books, ringed by a spiral staircase, with a reception desk made of stacked volumes and a wall of lit drawers behind it.
The tower rises from a basement, ground floor and three podium levels to 13 residential floors and a roof, wrapped in a bronze grid frame with planted balconies. It is aimed at people who want calm, thoughtful shared spaces in a well-connected part of Dubailand.
Studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments in DLRC
Three unit types are currently on sale. Studios measure 379 to 384 sq ft, one bedroom apartments 714 sq ft and two bedroom homes 1,228 sq ft. Plans include a fitted kitchen and a balcony, with outlooks over the park or the surrounding community depending on position.
Interiors follow the reading theme: shelving built into the kitchen wall next to the coffee machine, a long shelf above the bed with a light set for late chapters, and modern finishes in warm timber, stone-look tiles and soft neutrals.
Rooftop Pool, Reading Salon and Gym at The Archive
Off the library sit a reading lounge and a writer's room with a desk and a door that shuts. The gym, set out under Imtiaz's Raw Theory wellbeing approach, has brick and timber walls, treadmills facing the skyline and a yoga and pilates area.
The roof carries a pool, a terrace, a barbecue lounge, an outdoor cinema and a reading salon with a fireplace, plus a firepit and water feature outside. On the podium, a planted garden holds floating cabanas, a pool lounge, mini golf, a kids area and a pets area.
Dubai Land Residence Complex Location and Access
The Archive stands in Dubai Land Residence Complex, close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Dubai Academic City, Dubai Outlet Mall, Global Village and IMG Worlds in the surrounding district.
By car, Meydan Racecourse and Dubai Design District are each about 19 minutes away. The Burj Khalifa and DIFC take around 22 minutes, The Dubai Mall roughly 23, and Dubai International Airport about 27 minutes.
