Beachfront Apartments on Dubai Islands by Ellington
The Meriva Collection is a low-density residential enclave by Ellington Properties on Dubai Islands, laid out between a private beach and a lagoon water feature. It brings together three residential collections with distinct characters: Meriva Sunset, the tallest at ground plus 20 floors, Meriva Gardens among planted courtyards, and Meriva Shores closest to the sand.
The masterplan follows soft, curving lines, and the site is designed for walking, with waterways and paths tying every building and amenity to the shore. Plans also include an on-site hotel. It suits owner-occupiers who want coastal privacy and investors looking at an island address.
Dubai Islands Residences From 1 to 3 Bedrooms
Three unit types are on sale now. One bedroom apartments of 834 to 920 sq ft start at AED 3,007,828. Two bedroom homes measure 1,286 to 1,549 sq ft from AED 4,307,828, and some layouts add a study. The 3 bedroom apartments run from 2,324 to 2,341 sq ft, priced from AED 8,657,828.
Interiors pair pale stone and warm timber with full-height glazing that frames the water. Kitchens centre on sculpted stone islands, bedrooms have generous wardrobe space, and bathrooms feature walk-in showers. Every home opens to a terrace or balcony, and each unit comes with at least one parking space.
Pools, Wellness and a Jazz Club at Meriva
At ground level, residents find an adults' pool with a pool bar, a kids' pool and splash zone, a fitness studio with juice bar, a yoga and Pilates studio, and changing rooms with a sauna. A club lounge and jazz club with dining add an evening scene, alongside barbecue spots and play areas.
Active types get a jogging track, a scooter and bike track, basketball and padel courts and an outdoor fitness zone. Higher up in Meriva Sunset, the 12th floor holds an indoor lap pool and jacuzzi, the 13th a second adults' pool and games room, and the 17th a viewing deck with mini golf.
Dubai Islands Location: Beach, City and Airport
Dubai Islands is a set of five man-made islands on the Dubai coast, joined to the mainland by road links. The Meriva Collection is on Island B, with Dubai Islands Mall a short drive away and the Gold Souq station on the Green Line offering a metro connection.
Deira City Centre is around 16 minutes by car and Dubai International Airport about 17 minutes. La Mer Beach takes roughly 18 minutes, while DIFC is about 19 minutes and the Museum of the Future around 20 minutes, so the main business districts are roughly 20 minutes away.
