Creekside is the Dubai Creek setting where MAG is developing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, part of its Keturah Resort. MAG's 2023 sales announcement places the project directly on the creek, looking across the water to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, a protected wetland where greater flamingos are among the main attractions. Dubai Creek itself is a natural saltwater inlet, about 14 km long in its natural course, that historically split the city into Deira and Bur Dubai and served for generations as its trading harbour, so the setting pairs heritage water views with a modern skyline. MAG's plan covers 177 residences across seven buildings together with 12 mansions, which makes Creekside a compact, gated enclave rather than a large district. It suits buyers who want a very spacious branded home with resort facilities close to the centre of the city, and who prefer a calm creek outlook to a beach community.
MAG says the resort offers convenient access to Downtown Dubai, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Dubai International Airport. Within the development, MAG describes the Keturah Resort as having a five-star wellness hotel, a private members' club, a separate women's club, a kids' club and a holistic wellness centre. A 550 m promenade is planned along the water, together with organic-focused shops and weekend farmers' markets, and the community is gated with round-the-clock valet parking.
