Zen Lagoons is a residential tower by Sanzen Developments in the Meydan Horizon community of Bukadra, set directly on one of the community's crystal lagoons. Above a ground floor and four podium levels rise 23 further floors, mostly apartments, with office units on some of the lower levels.

The ground floor opens straight onto the crystal lagoon, with a sun-bathing pergola and seating by the water. Inside are a tea lounge, a reading hall, an indoor kids' play area and an aromatherapy room with changing facilities.
The first floor is given over to wellness. It holds a gym, a pilates studio, a yoga room with meditation pods, a massage room and a sound healing room, all with showers and lockers. A landscaped podium terrace adds a pool with cabanas and loungers looking out over the city.

The tower sits in Bukadra, north-east of Meydan Racecourse and just south of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The developer notes a planned underground metro line at Meydan Horizon, which should improve links once it opens.
