Artistry Two Residences is a Select Group apartment tower in Dubai Design District, better known as d3, the creative quarter set aside for design, fashion and art businesses. The building climbs to 37 floors above the ground level, with a roof level on top, and its facade is wrapped in curved, glass-fronted balconies that frame wide views.
The project suits buyers who want a city home inside a working creative district, close to Downtown Dubai and DIFC, and investors who want a new-build address in an established creative district.
Apartments From 1 to 3 Bedrooms in Dubai Design District
Three unit types are on sale today. A 1 bedroom of 741 sq ft starts at AED 2,372,000. d3 Location Near Downtown Dubai and DIFC
The tower sits inside d3, a district of more than 18 million sq ft that mixes homes, offices and public space, with walking promenades and cycle paths.
The Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa are around a 10-minute drive, and DIFC takes about the same. Dubai Opera and the Museum of the Future are roughly 11 minutes away, Meydan Racecourse is about 12 minutes, and Dubai Festival City Mall is around 15 minutes by car, which makes everyday trips into the city centre short.
