Cedarwood Estates South is a limited release of 74 villas by Wasl, the Dubai government-mandated real estate group. It occupies the southern part of a new Jumeirah Golf Estates expansion, branded The Next Chapter, in the Jebel Ali area, and every villa is laid out to face the fairways.
The architecture is clean and linear, with stone cladding, timber-look fluted panels, laminated glass balustrades and floor-to-ceiling windows. Each home rises to a ground floor, first floor and roof level, designed for families who want space, privacy and golf on the doorstep.
