Mirdad Motor City: four towers on a central plaza
Mirdad is Union Properties' new address in Motor City: four towers joined by a shared podium. Because the podium sits apart from the towers, the central plaza stays pedestrian-led, with set valet and drop-off areas and shops, wellness and café space on the ground floor.
The towers have clean, modern lines and stagger in height, with curtain-wall glazing framing the plaza. The façade is designed to lower air-conditioning load. Heights run from G + 13 to G + 39 over two parking basements.
