Rabdan Square is a low-rise residential building, ground plus five floors, on a main avenue in Meydan, part of Mohammed bin Rashid City. Rabdan Developments, whose portfolio spans 24 projects and more than 4,100 homes, kept the scheme deliberately small at 33 apartments above a basement and ground-floor retail.
The architecture is by ERGA. Framed white balconies, vertical timber fins and a slatted crown give the facade a clean, ordered look, and the plan was arranged so that as many homes as possible face a park that ranks among the biggest in Meydan.
