Residences Dubai Beach EDITION extends a new EDITION hotel into four rounded residential pavilions at Dubai Harbour, facing the JBR shoreline. EDITION, the brand created by Ian Schrager with Marriott International, says this is the only EDITION anywhere with a beach of its own.
RSHP designed the architecture, Rockwell Group the interiors and SQuare M Design the landscape. H&H Development is building the project within Dubai Harbour, the district owned by Shamal Holding. It is aimed at buyers who want a serviced, hotel-backed home by the sea, rather than a standard apartment tower.
2 to 4 Bedroom Beachfront Homes and Penthouses
Three unit types are on sale. Two bedroom residences cover 1,921 to 2,416 sq ft from AED 8,525,329, three bedrooms run from 3,182 to 3,441 sq ft from AED 14,197,360, and the four bedroom penthouse of 8,504 sq ft starts at AED 52,000,000. Some ground-floor homes have a plunge pool, and the top-floor penthouse adds a study and a private pool.

The site sits between the Dubai Harbour waterfront and its private beach, and residents can walk straight out onto the marina promenade. JBR Beach, The Walk at JBR and Dubai Marina Walk are each about 6 minutes away by car, and Dubai Internet City around 8 minutes.
Ain Dubai is roughly a 13-minute drive, while Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah each take about 14 minutes. The Dubai Harbour bridge and Sheikh Zayed Road connect the area with the rest of the city.
