Azimuth Development is building Royal Yacht Club Residence as a waterfront project on the marina of Dubai Islands. Two curved towers rise from a shared podium, each reaching a ground floor, two podium levels and 14 residential floors, with the uppermost levels given over to duplex penthouses.
