About Stax
Twin Residential Towers in Jumeirah Village Circle
Stax is the first Dubai project from Pasha1 Developers, the property arm of PJS Global, a family group founded in 1985 with roots in commodity trading and steel. It is made up of two towers in central JVC: Tower A has 32 residential floors and Tower B has 24, both standing on a ground floor and five podium levels.
The towers have rounded profiles wrapped in flowing balcony bands in warm tones. With 528 homes, mostly studios and one-bedroom units, the project suits first-time buyers, young families and investors looking at the rental market in JVC.
Studios to 3 Bedroom Duplexes at Stax JVC
Four unit types are on sale. Studios measure 384 to 420 sq ft, 1 bedroom apartments 702 to 821 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartments 1,086 to 1,516 sq ft (some with a maid's room), and the 3 bedroom duplexes on the top floors of both towers run from 3,119 to 3,242 sq ft with very large terraces.
Living rooms and kitchens have travertine-look porcelain floors, bedrooms use wood-look porcelain and wardrobes come with painted laminate doors. Kitchens pair walnut-look cabinets with tinted glass accents and built-in Siemens and Bosch appliances. Every home has a balcony.
Lagoon Pool, Spa and Family Amenities at Stax
The podium is the family level, with more than 18 shared facilities. Its centrepiece is a lagoon pool around a sandy beach island, joined by a kids' pool with a splash zone, indoor and outdoor play areas, a jogging track and a multipurpose sports court.
For wellness there is a gym, an outdoor yoga area, a spa and steam and sauna rooms. Residents can also use an indoor cinema, a co-working space, a multipurpose hall, a cigar lounge and sunken seating areas. The rooftops of both towers are kept for adults-only amenities.
JVC Location with Fast Access to Al Khail Road
Stax sits in the middle of Jumeirah Village Circle, with Summer Park, JVC Circle Park and Sabar Park around the site and Circle Mall close by. Al Khail Road and Hessa Street are within easy reach, giving direct routes north and south.
By car, Dubai Hills Mall is about 11 minutes away. Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Butterfly Garden take roughly 14 minutes, Dubai Miracle Garden about 15 minutes and Dubai Internet City around 16 minutes, with Dubai Marina Walk about 18 minutes away.
