Four unit types are on sale: a 370 sq ft studio, one-bedroom apartments of 692 to 791 sq ft, two-bedroom homes of 1,228 to 1,297 sq ft and three-bedroom apartments of 1,509 to 1,547 sq ft.

Prices start from AED 757,900 for a studio, AED 1,248,500 for one bedroom, AED 1,790,800 for two bedrooms and AED 2,264,900 for three. These from prices reflect units on sale now and may change.

The plan is 20/20/60: 20% on booking, 20% during construction and the remaining 60% on handover.

Handover is marketed for Q2 2029, with June 2029 as the target month. Construction began in January 2025.

It is in Jumeirah Village Circle, with Circle Mall and Al Khail Avenue Mall in the neighbourhood. Dubai Hills Mall is about an 11-minute drive and Mall of the Emirates around 14 minutes.

Meteora Developers, whose other JVC projects include Park Boulevard, Vita Grande, The East Crest and 7 Park Central. A show apartment is open at its sales centre in JVC.

Residents have a 32 metre pool and kids' pool, mini golf, an outdoor cinema, a tennis and padel court, a gym, a pets area, a game room, a podium garden and a retail level with a cafe, supermarket and pharmacy.

Every kitchen is delivered fully fitted with white goods included. Homes also come with smart home systems, an air-purified environment and floor-to-ceiling glazing in the living spaces.

The service charge is listed at AED 14 per sq ft per year. With studios and one-bedroom units in the mix, investors can use it to estimate net yield on smaller JVC rentals.
