Getting into the city centre takes a little longer: Burj Khalifa is about 17 minutes by road, while The Dubai Mall and DIFC are around 18 minutes. Al Khail Road and the Dubai-Al Ain Road both pass close to the community, giving direct routes towards Downtown and the rest of Dubai.
