Boutique Mid-Rise Residences in Meydan District 11
Noore is the first project from Eight Square Developers in Meydan's District 11, a low-density residential area. The building has a basement, a ground floor, five residential floors and a rooftop, and holds just 42 homes, giving it a small, boutique scale.
The architecture mixes Mediterranean curves with a contemporary Arabic feel. White balcony bands flow around the facade, broken up by timber and warm stone tones, and the arched entrance gives the lobby a strong street presence. It suits owner-occupiers and families wanting space away from the busiest districts.
1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments in District 11
One bedroom apartments of 754 to 866 sq ft start from AED 1,470,000. Two bedroom units cover 1,077 to 1,220 sq ft from AED 2,150,000, and 3 bedroom apartments of 1,536 to 1,711 sq ft start from AED 2,990,000. Several larger plans add a store room, a guest powder room or a dressing area.
Each home has a private balcony, built-in wardrobes and a fully fitted kitchen with custom cabinetry. Smart home controls, soundproofing and a water filtration system are standard, and bathrooms use walk-in showers with generous mirrors.
Rooftop Pool, Padel Court and Cinema at Noore
Several of the shared facilities are on the roof. A long swimming pool with sun loungers looks out over the area, and a padel court sits nearby for early or late games, along with a rooftop cinema for film nights.
Wellness is covered by a fitness gym, a sauna and steam room, and a meditation deck for slower mornings. Children have their own play area, and EV charging stations serve residents with electric cars. A double-height lobby with stone finishes greets everyone at the entrance.
District 11 Location Near Al Ain Road and MBZ Road
District 11 sits within Meydan, near the Nad Al Sheba area, with Kent College Dubai and Dubai Schools Nad Al Sheba both nearby. Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road both serve the area, giving direct routes towards Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and beyond.
From Noore, Dubai Silicon Oasis is about 10 minutes by car. Dubai Design District and Dubai Miracle Garden are each around 17 minutes away, Meydan Racecourse roughly 18 minutes, and Dubai Hills Mall about 20 minutes.

Every home has a private balcony, and the renderings show timber-decked terraces looking out towards a distant city skyline.
