Azizi Wasel is a residential building by Azizi Developments on the shoreline of Dubai Islands, the group of reclaimed islands off Deira. It rises 13 floors above a ground level and three basements. The renders show rounded white balcony bands wrapping every floor, wide glazing behind them and a palm-lined podium meeting the water.
The building mixes apartments, penthouses and a handful of ground-floor shops. It is aimed at buyers who want a home on the water within a short bridge crossing of old Dubai, and at investors looking at an emerging island address.
