Phase 3 of DAMAC Lagoons Views is the third release of mid-rise apartment buildings in DAMAC Lagoons, DAMAC's Mediterranean-themed community on Hessa Street, opposite DAMAC Hills. The buildings continue the row of Lagoon Views blocks along the community's outer road, next to Phase 2 and the Ibiza cluster, and rise over a ground floor and podium to 13 residential levels.
The architecture is soft and coastal: white facades, ribbed vertical panels and balconies that ripple outwards in wave-like curves. Blocks are grouped around planted courtyards with pools, a layout aimed at first-time buyers, small families and investors seeking a resort-style setting outside the city core.
