Eleve is a residential tower by Deyaar in Downtown Jebel Ali, set directly on Sheikh Zayed Road. Two basements, a ground floor and four podium levels carry 33 residential floors, and the facade is cut into angled, glass-fronted balconies that rise to a sloping crown. Deyaar says the shape takes its cue from the movement of nearby Jebel Ali Port.
