DWTN Residences is a residential skyscraper by Deyaar, set on Sheikh Zayed Road at the point where Business Bay runs into Downtown Dubai. Its dark, slender shaft is divided down the middle by a vertical cut, and gold-toned amenity levels break up the height at intervals.
