Eltiera Views is a residential launch by Ellington Properties and follows on from its neighbouring Eltiera Heights. The site faces a community lake at Jumeirah Islands, where the lake district meets the JLT towers, and Emirates Hills and Jumeirah Park are near neighbours.
Towers 1 and 2 are the first to be released. Each rises over a ground floor and three podium levels to 25 residential floors and a penthouse level, with soft-edged balconies and wide glazing.
