Empire Livings is a residential high-rise by Empire Developments on a corner plot open on three sides in Dubai Science Park. Curved copper bands run across its glass facade, and a row of arches frames the retail units at street level. Two basement levels and three podium levels handle parking, one floor is given over entirely to shared facilities, and the apartments fill the floors above.
