Sky Hills Astra is a pair of residential towers by HRE Development, each rising 36 floors above a shared three-level podium in Dubai Science Park. Curved balcony bands wrap the facades, and the podium combines resident facilities with retail space that has its own entrance, so residents and shoppers come and go separately.
The project suits professionals working in the healthcare and science businesses around it, buyers who want a furnished first home, and investors looking for rental stock in Al Barsha South, close to Dubai Hills. HRE has also pledged AED 30 million to Dubai Cares education programmes, and each buyer receives a personal certificate from the charity.
