Boutique Wellness Residences on Dubai Islands
House of WELL is a 77-home building by Well Concept Development on Central Island, one of the five islands that make up Dubai Islands. The developer built the scheme around a private clubhouse, so fitness, spa and social space sit inside the building rather than down the road.
The architecture uses rounded balconies, glass and a palette of natural stone and wood. The low unit count suits owner-occupiers who want a quieter address and investors looking for a smaller, well-managed asset, with day-to-day upkeep handled by a management company.
Apartments, Podium Villas and Penthouses
Four unit types are on sale. One-bedroom apartments run from 811 to 938 sq ft, two-bedroom homes from 1,282 to 2,505 sq ft, and three-bedroom apartments and podium villas from 1,820 to 2,252 sq ft. Four-bedroom penthouses cover 2,383 to 2,749 sq ft.
Interiors pair warm timber panelling with full-height windows. Kitchens come with Miele appliances, bathrooms use GROHE fittings and floors are laid in Porcelanosa tiles, and a LifeSmart system controls the home. Plunge pools appear on the terraces of many two- and three-bedroom plans, the podium villas and the duplex penthouses.
Clubhouse Amenities at House of WELL Dubai Islands
The clubhouse is the centre of the building. An infinity pool runs along the podium deck, and indoors there is a 150 sq m gym with an open CrossFit zone. The spa side covers a sauna, a hammam, treatment rooms and a quiet relax zone.
For downtime there is a tea lounge, co-working space and a kids zone. A concierge desk in the main lobby, valet service and 120 parking spaces cover arrivals, and lift access to the homes works on private key cards. Electric buggies shuttle residents to the beach.
Dubai Islands Location, Links and Drive Times
Central Island holds Dubai Islands Mall, the island beach and Dubai Islands Marina, with Souk Al Marfa along the southern waterfront. The wider Dubai Islands community adds golf courses, marinas and a long coastline.
Old Dubai is a short run across the bridge. The abra water taxi stations are about 11 minutes by car and BurJuman about 12 minutes. Dubai International Airport, Deira City Centre and Al Mamzar Beach Park are each roughly 14 minutes away, and DIFC is about 17 minutes.
