Meriden Beach Residences is a small, low-rise apartment building by Green Horizon Development on Island A, within easy reach of the beach and the waterfront of Dubai Islands. The architecture takes a Mediterranean line: soft curves, cantilevered balconies that sweep around the facade and wide panes of glass that pull in the coastal light.
It rises from a ground floor and two podium levels to eight residential floors and a roof terrace. The scale suits buyers who prefer a quieter, more private address, and investors who want an island product with a small number of neighbours.

Dubai Islands Location Near the Infinity Bridge
The building fronts Dubai Island Road, and the Infinity Bridge links the islands to Deira and the rest of the mainland. The nearest metro station is a short drive away on the Deira side of the bridge, and the waterfront market and Hyatt Regency are close by.
BurJuman is around 11 minutes away by car, while Al Mamzar Beach Park and Deira City Centre are each about 12 minutes. Dubai International Airport and Dubai Frame take roughly 13 minutes, and La Mer Beach about 14 minutes.
