About NEXT Coral
A Low-Rise Shoreline Building on Dubai Islands
NEXT Coral is a residential building by NEXT Realty on the first line of the Dubai Islands shore, the island district off Deira once known as Palm Deira. A low-rise block, it is shaped as two rounded volumes joined at the centre, with every level wrapped in flowing balcony bands and glass rails.
Only 80 apartments are planned, so the building stays quiet and private. The design aims to capture light and water views, and is meant for buyers who want a coastal home with hotel-style service, as well as investors drawn to the new island district.
