The plan is 20/15/65: 20% on booking, 5% within six months, 5% at 20% construction, 5% at 75% construction and 65% on handover.

Handover is marketed for Q1 2028, and the Dubai Land Department record gives an expected completion date in March 2028. The final 65% of the price is due on handover.

The service charge is listed at AED 30 per sq ft per year for interior area, and AED 7.5 per sq ft for balcony area. It covers hotel-style services such as weekly housekeeping.

Properties valued at AED 2 million or more can qualify for the UAE Golden Visa, subject to the current rules, and every home currently on sale is priced above that level.
