Ocean Tower, a Curved Residential Tower on Dubai Islands
Ocean Tower is the latest project from AAA Real Estate Development, the property company of the Al Ansari Group, a Dubai family business that traces its roots to 1945. The building sits on Island A of Dubai Islands, the coastal extension master-planned by Nakheel.
Its glass shaft curves gently along one side, with staggered balconies and planters breaking up the facade. Below, a ground floor and two podium levels hold parking, a double-height lobby and a full resort deck. Above them rise 14 residential floors with 165 apartments, aimed at both end users and buy-to-let investors.

Homes on sale cover three unit types. One-bedroom apartments run from 839 to 873 sq ft and start at AED 1,847,819. Two-bedroom homes measure 1,254 to 1,449 sq ft from AED 2,731,919, and three-bedroom apartments offer 1,777 to 1,899 sq ft from AED 3,749,369.
