A Mixed-Use Tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle
Voxa Residences is Pantheon Development's combined commercial and residential tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle. Above a basement and ground floor sit four podium levels of offices, then 29 floors of homes. Shops and showrooms take the street frontage, and renders show bronze-toned curves running around the glass podium.
Its 560 homes are mostly studios and one-bedroom apartments, with some two-bedroom units and a small group of three-bedroom penthouses. It is aimed at young professionals, small business owners and investors who want to live, work and rent out in one address.

Three unit types are on sale. Studios measure 325 to 400 sq ft, one-bedroom apartments 648 to 1,010 sq ft, and three-bedroom penthouses 1,251 to 1,304 sq ft. Two-bedroom apartments are also part of the building, though none are on sale at present.
Plans include a balcony, and the larger layouts add a powder room. Interior renders range from a double-height lounge with a floating staircase and marble kitchen islands to rooms that pair pale timber panelling with full-height windows.

The podium deck is laid out as a resort-style garden. Its centrepiece is a beach pool with a sandy edge and walkway, alongside a separate pool, a kids' pool and splash area, a jacuzzi, cabanas and sunken seating. Sports cover a padel court, an indoor gym, a jogging track, mini golf and a yoga deck beside a zen garden.
For downtime there is an outdoor cinema, a BBQ area, the Voxa Lounge and a beach lounge. Pet owners get a dog park and children a play area. Office buyers and tenants also receive club memberships that open all of these facilities to their teams.

The tower is set among the villas, townhouses and low-rise apartments of Jumeirah Village Triangle. Arcadia British School, Sunmarke School, Circle Mall and the JVT parks are all nearby, and Mediclinic Me'aisem is a short drive, so most daily errands stay local.
