A Mixed-Use Tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle
Interstellar Tower is Mr. Eight Development's tower beside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Jumeirah Village Triangle. It combines apartments, five floors of offices with their own entrance and lifts, and ground-floor shops and cafes, rising 24 floors above a ground level and five podium levels.
The developer markets the homes as Mr. Eight branded residences, with valet, concierge and a Mercedes-Benz Vito shuttle for school runs. The double-height lobby was designed with Tom Dixon around an indoor tree. In 2025 the tower collected two Luxury Lifestyle Awards, both in sustainability categories covering high-rise and residential projects.

One-bedroom apartments are on sale now, from 667 to 976 sq ft. The building also includes two and three-bedroom homes, though none are currently offered. Renders show wide glazing, curved corner windows on some plans and balconies tiled in travertine-effect porcelain.
Kitchens are made by Colombini Casa in Italy, with stone-effect worktops and Bosch built-in appliances. Bedrooms get carpet, glass-fronted built-in wardrobes lit from inside, bathrooms use VITRA sanitary ware, and lighting throughout is by Zonda.
Sky Park River, Cinema and Padel at Interstellar Tower
The residents-only outdoor space is the headline. A slow, winding decorative river runs through a planted sky park with bridges and picnic lawns, and the roof holds an open-air cinema, a BBQ lounge with an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit and a telescope for stargazing.
On the podium, a padel court and a tennis court sit beside a 29-metre lap pool with a fire lounge, plus a second pool and a private kids' pool next to a playground. A Technogym-equipped fitness centre, a kids' play lounge, a nursery and a barista coffee lounge complete the offer.
JVT Location Beside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road
The tower stands on the edge of Jumeirah Village Triangle, a settled community of villas and parks, right next to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, along which the planned Dubai Green Spine route will run, and Sunmarke and Arcadia schools are nearby.
By car, Ibn Battuta Mall is about 11 minutes away, The Walk at JBR about 12, and Dubai Marina Walk and Bluewaters Island about 13 each. Dubai Hills Mall and Mall of the Emirates are both about 18 minutes.
