About The Valley
The Valley is a villa and townhouse community by Emaar, launched in 2019 along the Dubai–Al Ain Road. Emaar presents it as an escape from the bustle of the city that stays connected to Dubai, with homes arranged in clusters such as Eden, Nara, Talia, Orania, Elora, Rivana, Nima and The Farm Gardens, and later phases such as Rivera. The Valley is a car-based community. Emaar puts it about 25 minutes by car from Downtown Dubai, Dubai International Airport and Dubai Marina, with the Dubai–Al Ain Road as the main route in and out, and says the community will feature a public transport system. Inside the community, Costa Coffee at the Valley Pavilion and Maple Bear Nursery The Valley are within walking distance of the centre, with Friends Avenue Cafe and Momento Cafeteria also nearby.
