Ashwood Residences is a single residential tower by Skyland Properties, rising 17 floors above a ground level and four podium decks at the edge of Jumeirah Village Triangle, right beside Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Renders show a pale stone-clad frame wrapped in deep glass-railed balconies, with planters along each floor line.

It is Skyland's first residential development in Dubai, drawing on the track record of Raveshia Realty in Mumbai. The tower suits owner-occupiers and investors who want a newer apartment inside an established villa and townhouse community rather than a dense high-rise district.
