About The Tides
A Low-Rise Residential Building on Dubai Islands
The Tides is a residential project by AMIS on Dubai Islands, the group of five linked islands off the Deira coast. Eight residential floors rise above a ground level and two podium levels, with curved, layered balconies and planted terraces that give the facade a wave-like rhythm.
There are 83 homes in all, a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments plus townhouses at ground level. Every residence is delivered fully furnished, which makes the building a fit for buyers who want a ready home by the sea and investors planning to let soon after handover.
