About The WOW Tower
A Wave-Fronted Mixed-Use Tower in Dubailand
Mr. Eight Development has planned The WOW Tower as a mixed-use high-rise in Dubai Land Residence Complex, positioned as the tallest building in the district. Its facade is made of rippling white balconies with built-in planters, so the tower reads as a series of soft horizontal waves.
The building rises from a ground-floor lobby and retail level through five club levels to 39 upper floors. Business suites take floors 1 to 15, residences occupy floors 17 to 38, and a Sky Club crowns the tower. It is designed for people who want to live, study and work from one address.
Studio, 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments in DLRC
Three unit types are on sale. Studios measure 406 to 517 sq ft from AED 748,000, one bedroom apartments run from 670 to 848 sq ft from AED 1,124,000, and two bedroom homes cover 1,221 to 1,464 sq ft from AED 1,901,000. One bedroom plans have two bathrooms and a laundry space, and the two bedrooms are corner units.
Each home has an Italian-made Cucina Otto kitchen with built-in Bosch appliances and fingerprint-resistant surfaces, Italian wardrobes with LED lighting, sliding aluminium windows and a balcony.

The podium park centres on a temperature-controlled grand pool of 30 by 20 metres with seven cabanas, alongside a kids' pool, a lazy river, an outdoor gym, padel and tennis courts, lounges and children's play areas, all threaded with planted walkways.
At the top, the Sky Club holds a gym with a running track, a spa with sauna and hammam, a private cinema and a children's playroom. The grand lobby adds a concierge, a library corner and a cafe, and residents can book facilities through the building's AI assistant.
Dubailand Location Between Academic City and DSO
The tower occupies a standalone plot with Academic City on one side and Dubai Silicon Oasis on the other, reached by a private approach road and linked directly to the Dubai-Al Ain Road. The planned Dubai Metro Blue Line is set to serve International City, DSO and Academic City nearby.
By car, Dubai Design District is about 18 minutes away and Meydan Racecourse around 19 minutes. Dubai Festival City Mall takes roughly 21 minutes, the Burj Khalifa and DIFC about 22, and Dubai International Airport around 26.
