About Volga Tower
A 40-Floor Tower With Pools in Jumeirah Village Triangle
Volga Tower is a 40-floor residential tower by Tiger Group at the northern tip of Jumeirah Village Triangle, facing Al Khail Road. Its outline takes inspiration from the Volga river in Russia: every floor is wrapped in wave-shaped balconies, and each apartment's balcony carries its own glass-sided pool.
The building sits over two basement levels, a ground floor and four parking floors, with two retail units at street level. It holds 390 apartments in total and is aimed at buyers who want a private pool without paying villa prices.

Families have a kids' playing area with swings, and a shaded BBQ area works for weekend gatherings. Inside, the lobby is finished with patterned stone floors, a lit coffered ceiling and large artworks, leading through to a lounge with seating for residents and guests.
JVT Location on Al Khail Road for Volga Tower
The tower stands on the Jumeirah Village Triangle side of Al Khail Road, across from Jumeirah Village Circle, and close to Tiger's other JVT towers. The surrounding community has parks, sports fields, playgrounds and local shops for everyday needs.
Al Khail Road runs right past the tower, and by car Dubai Miracle Garden is about 13 minutes away, Dubai Hills Mall and Dubai Marina Walk about 15 each, and Mall of the Emirates and The Walk at JBR about 16.
