LUX* Managed Residences in Central Business Bay
Elire is a 23-floor residential tower in Business Bay from Qube Development, run day to day by LUX*, the flagship hotel brand of the Mauritian group The Lux Collective, launched in 2011. It holds 100 homes in total: apartments on floors 2 to 11, a single 3 bedroom duplex on the first floor, and 4 bedroom duplexes, which the developer calls townhouses in the sky, on floors 12 to 23.
Berlin firm Nöfer Architekten drew the facade as a modern take on regional heritage, with Sahara-brown aluminium mashrabiya shutters that shade and ventilate each home. Buyers get a small, serviced building a short drive from Downtown.
Furnished Apartments and Sky Duplexes at Elire
Four unit types are on sale: 1 bedroom apartments of 655 to 978 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartments of 1,446 to 1,551 sq ft, 3 bedroom apartments and a duplex of 2,435 to 3,804 sq ft, and 4 bedroom duplexes of 5,362 to 5,398 sq ft.
Every home comes furnished with pieces made for the project by Interior Three Sixty, plus solid walnut joinery, marble and quartzite surfaces, Kohler sanitary ware and a smart-home system. Apartments use Smeg appliances; the 4 bedroom duplexes get Miele, a show kitchen with a back kitchen, a home cinema room and double-height living areas with automated shutters.

Facilities are spread over three levels. The podium level has a gym, yoga and reformer Pilates studios, sauna and steam rooms, indoor and outdoor kids' areas, a teen zone, a majlis lounge, meeting rooms, a bookable shared kitchen and a BBQ lounge with landscaped seating.
Higher up, an infinity pool with a pool bar and kids' pool sits alongside a spa with a Turkish hammam, massage and treatment rooms and a beauty salon. The upper roof adds a padel court and a half basketball court. LUX* staff provide concierge, valet, security and housekeeping of shared areas, with private chefs or transport on request.
Business Bay Address Minutes from Downtown Dubai
The tower sits in Business Bay between The Opus by Zaha Hadid and Bay Avenue, with Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Canal on either side. Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road are both reached quickly from the district.
Drive times are short. Dubai Opera is around 4 minutes away and Burj Khalifa about 5 minutes. The Dubai Mall, DIFC and the Museum of the Future are each roughly 7 minutes by car, and Safa Park and Emirates Towers about 8 minutes.
