Tiger Sky Tower: Business Bay High-Rise Apartments
Tiger Sky Tower is a residential tower by Tiger Group in Business Bay, just south of Downtown Dubai. It rises 109 floors above a five-level podium. In the renders it appears as a slender glass tower with a slanted, angular top, designed to stand out on the skyline.
Apartments run from one to four bedrooms, with a single six-bedroom penthouse on sale at the top end of the range. The project is aimed at end users who want a high-floor home near Downtown, and at investors who want exposure to a Business Bay address close to Downtown.

Units currently on sale: one-bedroom apartments of 873 to 912 sq ft and two-bedrooms of 1,400 to 1,570 sq ft. Three-bedrooms span 1,806 to 2,576 sq ft, and the four-bedroom units run from 2,651 to 2,974 sq ft. The six-bedroom penthouse measures 11,999 sq ft.
