Three Curved Residential Towers in Mina Rashid
Portside Square is a new waterfront address by Ellington Properties inside Mina Rashid, the former Port Rashid that opened in 1972 and now holds a marina, a cruise terminal and the QE2. Its homes are spread over three towers named Portside Residences I to III, and each one climbs 16 floors above a ground and podium level.
Wind and water shaped the facades: balcony edges ripple around each tower in soft curves. The 408 homes range from studios to a 4 bedroom penthouse, so the project serves young professionals, families and investors who want a freehold marina home near the old city.
1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments at Portside Square
Two unit types are on sale now. The 1 bedroom apartments measure 783 to 896 sq ft, and the 2 bedroom homes 1,215 to 1,521 sq ft, with one of the 2 bedroom plans adding a study room. Plans include a balcony, built-in wardrobes and, in the larger homes, a laundry room and powder room.
Interiors pair warm timber joinery with stone-look surfaces, large windows and open kitchens fitted with integrated appliances. Each 1 or 2 bedroom home comes with one parking space, and every tower has three passenger lifts plus a service lift.
Pools, Spa and Clubhouse at Mina Rashid Towers
The first-floor podium is laid out as a resort deck: a leisure pool with a shallow ledge, a kids' pool, cabanas, sun loungers, a running track, an outdoor fitness area, lawns and amphitheatre seating. A garden level below adds outdoor yoga.
A four-storey amenity pavilion holds the rest. Expect a cinema and games lounge with billiards and arcade machines, co-working pods, a spa with saunas, steam showers and hot and cold plunge pools, yoga and Pilates areas, an indoor kids' room, a gym with a juice bar and a top-floor clubhouse.
Mina Rashid Location and Links Across Old Dubai
Mina Rashid sits on the coast beside Bur Dubai, with Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah Beach Road both close by. The Etihad Museum is about 4 minutes away by car, Zabeel Park 5 minutes, and BurJuman and the Dubai Frame around 6 minutes.
