The Meriva Collection is a low-density residential enclave by Ellington Properties on Dubai Islands, laid out between a private beach and a lagoon water feature. It brings together three residential collections with distinct characters: Meriva Sunset, the tallest at ground plus 20 floors, Meriva Gardens among planted courtyards, and Meriva Shores closest to the sand.
The masterplan follows soft, curving lines, and the site is designed for walking, with waterways and paths tying every building and amenity to the shore. Plans also include an on-site hotel. It suits owner-occupiers who want coastal privacy and investors looking at an island address.
