Noore is the first project from Eight Square Developers in Meydan's District 11, a low-density residential area. The building has a basement, a ground floor, five residential floors and a rooftop, and holds just 42 homes, giving it a small, boutique scale.
The architecture mixes Mediterranean curves with a contemporary Arabic feel. White balcony bands flow around the facade, broken up by timber and warm stone tones, and the arched entrance gives the lobby a strong street presence. It suits owner-occupiers and families wanting space away from the busiest districts.
